She has personally delivered over 600 babies in her career. She operates the Birth Boutique –a large specialty store, learning center and lactation consulting practice in Denville, New Jersey. She has created a new DVD called Simply Breastfeeding to help moms at any time they need it with real-world actual advice and help. Safety Goddess Britt Michaelian often found other parents asking for her advice about child safety, discipline, parenting issues and family resources, particularly while she was working in an pediatric unit.  After her second daughter was born and she completed her Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, she founded the Responsible Family Company and created an award winning video Care for Kids: The Essential Guide to Preparing Caregivers with the help of emergency medicine Dr. Wayne Warrington.
