has anyone tried this for real yet? I’m going to try the 7 day challenge. So far it looks like relatively a lot to get into for a working mom running all over. If I had a week to plan ahead, maybe. We’ll see.

I am actually on week 3 and it is a good program. It is not a fast weight loss and you can’t monkey with it and do your “own thing” because they have it figured out to the T. I have lost 4 pounds so far and then when I thought I knew more than the book, I tried doing my own thing and got less results. But, this is the firs weight I have lost in 2 years even though I have been doing consistent exercise. SO, all in all, I am really pleased. Stacey has lost about 10 pounds on this!

Hey, thanks for the great post. Honestly, about eight months ago I started a new dieting regime, I’ve been on the chubby side my entire adult life and I’ve tried everything.
